We take professional quality photos of each property to highlight all the spectacular features and amenities each individual property has to offer. Additionally, we feature real-time availability and LIVE reservations on our website. Most other local rental companies have a "Reservation Request" form on their websites which does not secure the booking at the time of submission. Once a person submits their booking on our website, it is confirmed and a deposit is charged. Therefore, we have much fewer cancellations.

As a homeowner, you will appreciate our personal and professional management services. We provide our homeowners with monthly and annual revenue statements. Revenue statements and payments are mailed out on the 15th of every month, reflecting the prior month's activity. We coordinate maintenance and repair services, weekly trash disposal, lawn care and pest control service, as well as periodical checks of your home. We have a dedicated and loyal cleaning staff that has been with us for years. They take great pride in providing a clean and well-presented home, truly treating your home as if it were their own.

Non-Rental Private Homes
Not interested in putting your home in a rental program, but need a trusted boots-on-the-ground representative here in Blue Ridge? We can help! We also offer services for private home owners who wish to have someone local checking in on their North Georgia home from time to time. We offer weekly, bi-weekly or monthly check-in service where we will visit your cabin/home in person to do a walk-through, making visual inspection to ensure that your home is in proper working order, notify you of any maintenance issues that arise, and take any actions to prevent or minimize damage (ie. turning off water in case of burst pipes, etc.). When maintenance or repair issues do arise, we can arrange service with our trusted local vendors, many times at a discounted rate due to our long standing relationships with our vendors. We also offer pre-arrival spruce ups and/or post-departure cleaning service for you and your guests.
